Surah Al Fath Ayat 15 Tafseer

Para 26 - حٰمٓ

سورة الفتح

بِسْمِ اللّٰهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

48.15

سَیَقُوْلُ الْمُخَلَّفُوْنَ اِذَا انْطَلَقْتُمْ اِلٰى مَغَانِمَ لِتَاْخُذُوْهَا ذَرُوْنَا نَتَّبِعْكُمْۚ-یُرِیْدُوْنَ اَنْ یُّبَدِّلُوْا كَلٰمَ اللّٰهِؕ-قُلْ لَّنْ تَتَّبِعُوْنَا كَذٰلِكُمْ قَالَ اللّٰهُ مِنْ قَبْلُۚ-فَسَیَقُوْلُوْنَ بَلْ تَحْسُدُوْنَنَاؕ-بَلْ كَانُوْا لَا یَفْقَهُوْنَ اِلَّا قَلِیْلًا(15)

English translation of Kanz-ul-Imaan

Those who had stayed behind will now say, 'When you go to receive the spoils of war, so also let us follow you.' They wish to change the Words of Allah, you say (O Beloved), 'You shall never come with us, this is already decreed by Allah.' So, they will now say, 'But you envy us.' Rather, they (the hypocrites) were not understanding except a little.

Commentary

Here, the implication of changing the speech of Allah Almighty is that He sent a revelation to the Beloved Prophet صَلَّى الـلّٰـهُ عَلَيْهِ وَاٰلِهٖ وَسَلَّم stating that the spoils of Khaybar are for those who were in Hudaybiyyah; the hypocrites want to change the speech of Allah Almighty by gaining the war spoils of Khaybar without having been there.
